Noisy, happy diners sit tightly at shared tables, savoring classic bourgeois "plats" from every corner of France." Faithie and I first ate here 35 years ago, and it hasn't changed an iota!
The top sign urges pedestrians to use one of the 400 public urinals installed throughout Paris. The bottom sign warns that anyone caught urinating in public will be subject to a 68 euro fine! ("Épanchement" translates literally as "outpourings"!)
